Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis. Depending on the volume of submissions, review may take place once the current backlog of requests has been cleared. Organizers will be notified by email once a decision has been made.
ESAIH patronage is intended to support initiatives emerging from or closely connected to the ESAIH community. As such, holding an active ESAIH institutional membership is a prerequisite for requesting patronage. The organizing institution must therefore hold an active ESAIH institutional membership at the time of submission and throughout the event preparation period.
As part of the request process, organizers are asked to review and complete the ESAIH Patronage Agreement.

Request ESAIH Patronage for an Event
The European Society for Artificial Intelligence in Health (ESAIH) may grant non-financial patronage to conferences, workshops, educational programs, and initiatives that contribute to the advancement of artificial intelligence in health and related fields.
Patronage represents a formal recognition of alignment with ESAIH’s mission and may include authorization to reference ESAIH patronage in event communications and to use the ESAIH logo in accordance with brand guidelines. Patronage does not include financial support or operational involvement.
